Future Leaders Empowerment Series (FLES) is a 2 days physical conference featuring distinguished corporate leaders, industry leaders, and community champions from different areas and expertise to share their knowledge and thoughts in the practice of youth empowerment, career development and leadership. Young leaders are given the opportunity to interact with successful leaders to exchange ideas and build networks.
The main theme of FLES 2023 is “Empowering Potential: Youth Beyond Boundaries” which brings out the message of shaping youths who are ready for tomorrow’s challenges and empower them to go beyond boundaries and make a difference.
There are five key highlights across the 2-days FLES 2023. Firstly, you will be able to Meet & Mingle with the keynote speaker – Mr Khairy Jamaluddin, Former Minister of Health of Malaysia. There will also be over 10 speakers from different fields to share their knowledge and insights in panel discussions covering numerous topics such as future ready youth, leadership, etc.
In addition, there are over 20 mentors invited for a networking and engagement session where you get to meet, learn and build connections with the industry leaders. You also have a chance to engage in quality facetime with top employers and explore your dream job opportunities in our Corporate Exhibition Booths. Lastly, we have career simulation activities to equip you with the skills, knowledge and resources for professional development.
