Tauke Talks Series by Rapid Youth Success Entrepreneurship (RYSE)
Dive into the Tauke Talks series and learn from business entrepreneurs on their path to success in having their own business! Tauke Talks is a series of sharing sessions where small but mighty business owners share about their experiences starting and building their own businesses. This is hosted by RYSE, a project focusing on entrepreneurship and small business building for Malaysian youth. UCC scholars are currently joining as participants in these webinars to get more insights on how to execute business ideas from budding entrepreneurs.


MDEC X Monsta Roundtable Discussion by MONSTA
By attending this webinar, UCC scholars are able to learn new skillsets that would potentially be their stepping stone for their next goal in life. A roundtable discussion done by MDEC & Monsta on the skillsets needed to embark the working world in the future were held on Facebook. This is to ensure the youth of Malaysia have a chance to gain new knowledge on possible skillsets that might be useful for them when pursuing their careers in the future.

Applied Digital Skills for Adults: Use Digital Tools for Everyday Tasks – SOLS 24/7
SOLS 24/7 have opened up programmes for free through online classes with real teachers. Scholars are able to take this opportunity to upskill themselves during this MCO period. It is 100% digital while using the latest technology to provide themselves a next-generation learning experience. In this webinar, scholars learn to communicate more efficiently through emails, internet search, and digital documents. The organizer has professional teachers. Additionally, they will get a certificate for every class completed within 2- 3 working days.

Buku Jalanan Chow Kit
UCSI Campus and Community has liaised with Buku Jalanan Chow Kit (BJCK) for quite a few years, and has provided many volunteering opportunities for scholars joining their weekly events. Located at Lorong Haji Taib, the volunteering event requires UCC scholars to teach underprivileged children basic subjects such as English and Bahasa Malaysia so they have an equal education level as others. UCC volunteers are there to set a good example as social interactive adults and interact with them along the process.




HOPE Worldwide Malaysia
HOPE Worldwide Malaysia is a non-religious Charity Organization established in Malaysia since 2000. UCSI Campus and Community has also liaised with HOPE Worldwide Malaysia which provided scholars a variety of events to join throughout the years. From charity runs to blood donation campaigns, HOPE has given many UCC Scholars exposures to various communities and the chance to work with people of different backgrounds.




Hospis Malaysia
Hospis Malaysia is a charitable organization providing professional community palliative care to those with life-limiting. Thier mission is to ensure that every Malaysian is aware of, and has access to palliative care services when the need arises. As a charitable organization, they greatly appreciate volunteer support in assisting them with various patient and non-patient related services, such as helping advocacy and fundraising events of Hospis Malaysia. UCC scholars were exposed to the arising urge in providing palliative care to the patients with a life-limiting illness as well as having a sharing session on how palliative care helps their patients in medical, psychological and emotional aspects.

Tzu Chi Foundation
Tzu Chi Foundation is an NGO that provides UCC scholars with opportunities to take part in various events such as recycling and refugee care. During the recycling sessions, UCC volunteers help sort and handle recyclable items such as glass, paper, and tins for further processing. For the refugee care sessions, there are 3 co-curricular clubs set up by Tzu Chi Youth, namely; Art & Chess Club, Music Club, and Sports Club. Volunteers assist the organizing team to conduct lessons, help organize the students and show their love and care towards them while having fun at the same time.






Yayasan Generasi Gemilang
Yayasan Generasi Gemilang is a foundation inspired by love to raise an exemplary next generation and empower families in Malaysia. This foundation helps improve the lives of under-served children and families by increasing access to quality education. Through the Community Reading Program they offered, UCC scholars get to help school children between the age of 7-12 years old improve their English literacy through reading, conversing and mentor-ship.
